
Chicken Divan
To make this recipe even easier to make, see if you can find shredded rostisserie chicken in your grocery's deli department.
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken from the deli department
- 2 10 oz pkgs Frozen Broccoli
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese
- Paprika
Instructions
- If using a whole chicken, take the skin off and de-bone it. Shred or cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Microwave broccoli as directed. Drain and set aside.
- Mix soup, sour cream, mayo, cheese, lemon juice & curry powder in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare a 9 x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
- Arrange broccoli on bottom of prepared pan & sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Arrange chicken on top of broccoli, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Spread soup mixture on top and sprinkle with parmesan and paprika.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice or buttered egg noodles.
