Chicken Divan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken from the deli department
  • 2 10 oz pkgs Frozen Broccoli
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Paprika

Instructions
 

  • If using a whole chicken, take the skin off and de-bone it. Shred or cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Microwave broccoli as directed. Drain and set aside.
  • Mix soup, sour cream, mayo, cheese, lemon juice & curry powder in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Prepare a 9 x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Arrange broccoli on bottom of prepared pan & sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Arrange chicken on top of broccoli, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Spread soup mixture on top and sprinkle with parmesan and paprika.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
  • Serve over cooked rice or buttered egg noodles.
