
Orange Papaya Salsa
This salsa is awesome when served as a side to a roast or grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 whole habanero chili seeded, stemmed, diced tiny
- 1 whole tomato yellow, roughly chopped
- 3 whole papayas peeled, seeded, roughly chopped
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, or blender, and puree.
- Pour into a serving dish and serve or refrigerate covered for up to three days.
