Orange Papaya Salsa

This salsa is awesome when served as a side to a roast or grilled chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole habanero chili seeded, stemmed, diced tiny
  • 1 whole tomato yellow, roughly chopped
  • 3 whole papayas peeled, seeded, roughly chopped
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor, or blender, and puree.
  • Pour into a serving dish and serve or refrigerate covered for up to three days.
