
Scottish Bed & Breakfast Peaches
A delightful dessert, or appetizer, mixing creamy Boursin cheese and fresh grilled peaches inspired by an overnight stay in Scotland.
Ingredients
- 15 Oz Can Peach Halves drained
- 1 Container Boursin Cheese I prefer Cracked Pepper flavor
- 1 Teaspoon Stone Ground Mustard
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
Instructions
- Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain peaches and place cut side up in the prepared baking dish.
- Mix together remaining ingredients. Fill each peach half with approximately a tablespoon of cheese mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until slightly brown and bubbly.
Notes
Give this a try with fresh, Summer peaches!
Simply brush peeled peach halves with melted butter and grill on each side for about 5 minutes.
Then fill with Boursin Cheese mixture and bake.
