1Can Cream of Chicken Soup
8OuncesSour Cream
2TablespoonsDried Parsley
Instructions
Start a pot of water boiling. Salt the water and cook the noodles according to directions for al dente. Drain and set aside.
While noodles are cooking, melt butter in a large pan. Add onion and mushrooms and saute 5 - 10 minutes until onion is translucent. Stir in thyme and worcestershire sauce.
Add ground beef to pan and brown, breaking into small pieces. Stir in soup and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cooked noodles, mix well. Stir in sour cream and dried parsley. Heat through and serve.
Notes
We always eat this dish with a small salad and canned crescent rolls. Quick, satisfying, and delicious!
