Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt and pepper and mix until smooth and creamy.
Add the chicken, celery, mandarin oranges, almonds, and green onion, and gently stir to coat, taking care to not break up oranges.
Cover and chill for 4-6 hours. Serve and enjoy!

Here's an easy trick! Use a store-bought rotisserie chicken for this recipe. For shredded chicken, place chunks of chicken in a food processor and pulse a few times until you reach a perfect shredded-ness.If you'd prefer to cook your own chicken, I'd suggest using boneless, skinless breasts or thighs. Season them as you wish (I like to use a little Chinese Five Spice powder for this recipe). Then cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until to a minimum temp of 165 degrees.
