Pre-heat the oven to 425F Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk the olive oil, miso, thyme, lime, honey and the pepper together until completely mixed and ingredients distributed evenly.
In a gallon resealable plastic bag, add radishes.
Add the marinade to the bag. Seal the bag and shake the bag to coat the radishes evenly with the marinade. Remove radishes one-by-one and place on parchment-lined baking sheet until all are on sheet, cut side down.
Place in oven and bake until tender, 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the radishes. A knife should be able to go in without much resistance.
Remove and place onto a platter.

They are best hot, out of the oven. They are also good refrigerated to snack on or tossed in a salad!
